What I heard while talking with my sister:
After Alquiada's destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001, the following strange events took place.
Marlon Brando was in town to see Michael Jackson perform; both were in the same hotel. Elizabeth Taylor stayed in the hotel across the street. All three were in New York when the 9/11 terrorists attacked.
By 9/12, Marlon Brando, Jackson and Taylor had recovered from the initial denial
the and had begun to assess the situation. They realized that New York had been attacked and that more attacks could be eminent. Brando, Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor on recovering from the shock and the magnitude of the attack, decided on a course of action. They set out to flee. All three feared another terrorist strike. Scared out of their minds the rotund Brando, wraith like Jackson and somewhat beyond voluptuous Taylor attempted to get a private flight out of New York. This was not possible because all civilian aircraft were grounded.
The intrepid trio found a car and fled the city.
Brando, Jackson, and Taylor arrived in New Jersey. Still in fear of another terrorist attack, the famous threesome decided to put more distance between themselves and the attack site. Lots more distance. With Brando and Jackson to share driving duties and Taylor to navigate, the renowned trio set out on a five hundred mile road trip to the midwest. They intended to drive until they reached an undisclosed location, somewhere in Ohio. In the heartland, the three would be safe.
But as the trip dragged on, the portly Brando annoyed Jackson and Taylor by stopping at every KFC and Burger King on their way.
