Black Leaders from Senegal to South Africa to Zimbabwe to the Sudan continue to turn ownership of
natural resources over to Chinese Communist. In nearly all cases the management and skilled jobs are reserved for Chinese Nationals. (The Chinese overseers have license to beat and mistreat black workers.)
The Chinese are being given control of all the best that Africa has to offer at bargain prices. For example, Chinese companies have taken up production of all of Zimbabwe's platinum for a tenth of its estimated value. African subsistance farmers are being pushed off their lands from coast to coast. It appears the Chinese are a bit more harsh than the Europeans but what the hey. The Chinese have a glib party line. They also have weapons, cash, skilled labor and last but not least - managers with sticks that have experience managing slaves.
Not to be left out of all the fun oppressing people, Islamic leaders in the sahel and the north are evicting subsistance farmers from land they have farmed for generations.
